The zero star academy is structured in a way to ensure our hoopers have the best of both worlds. The speed, agility, and force production needed to blow by defenders, the strength and conditioning to go all out for 4 quarters and also the skill work needed to get better at their sport! 

For the next 13 weeks your child will have access to the same performance programs that professional athletes use when they are preparing for the biggest job interviews of their lives. Long gone are the days of just playing basketball games, you will need to be stronger, more explosive, recover the right way with proper nutrition protocols ,  plus having an elite skills package to back it up! That is exactly what you will get in the next 13 weeks! If you are sick of getting beat up on the court after playing WAY too many games without any real direction. Then this is the program for you. We are changing the way hoopers develop!
