6-Week Athlete Performance Challenge at AdvantEdge

This isn’t a speed camp. It’s a 6-week data-driven challenge built to make you faster, stronger, and more explosive — and prove it with real numbers.
We test you with
OVR Combine technology + Styku 3D scans, train like crazy for 6 weeks, then retest to see who truly became the Fastest on the Block.

What Is the Fastest on the Block Challenge?

Athletes will:

Complete a full OVR Combine (vertical jump, sprint, agility, strength)

Get Styku 3D body scans to track body composition

Train with Shredmill sprints, VBT (velocity-based training), jump work, and strength sessions

Compete in weekly mini-challenges for leaderboard points, prizes, and bragging rights

At the end of 6 weeks, we retest everything to see who actually got faster, stronger, and more explosive — not just who worked hard, but who improved.

Week 2 – Speed Week

Shredmill and laser-timed acceleration work

Technique and max-velocity development

Mini-challenge: fastest 10-yard or 20-yard time

Week 3 – Power Week + Styku Recheck

Jump training (vertical, broad, RSI)

Explosive med-ball and plyo work

Styku mid-challenge scan to track changes

Week 4 – Strength Week

Trap bar, bench, and squat VBT work

Focus on power, not just load

Mini-challenge: strongest power output

Week 5 – Accountability & Recovery Week

Blue Collar-style mindset, habits, and recovery focus

Sleep, nutrition, and recovery tracked in the packet

Mini-challenge: perfect accountability logs
