After my college football days were over, I decided I would take some time off to let my body recover. Little did I know, a few weeks would turn into almost 4 years. I decided I wanted to get back into the swing of things. I tried working out at local gyms, and even at home during COVID. I was not satisfied with what I was getting out of my workouts. Something was missing. I had a talk with Branch (owner and head coach of Advantedge) and decided the only way I was truly going to get back into it was to jump back in like I never left. Being able to train and compete with other that are always pushing themselves to be better is exactly what was missing. The training atmosphere at AdvantEdge is second to none. After 3 full years back in the gym 4 days a week, I am putting up better numbers than I did at my Football Pro Day in 2017. This is all thanks to great staff and other clients at Edge!

Sometimes nutrition is the hardest part for clients, that's why our staff is dedicated to helping you become educated on proper nutrition and eating habits. The saying is true, abs are made in the kitchen!

Everyone has different schedules, that is why we provide multiple time slots and days that you can come in and participate in our fun but tough group workouts. So being busy can't be an excuse!
