Before I began working out at Advantedge, I spent a lot of time biking, running, skiing, and completely ignoring strength training. A series of injuries and a switch to a full time desk job made me realize something needed to change. My kids had trained at Advantedge, and I’d seen the results in their athletic performances, so when the opportunity to join the Blue Collar group presented itself, I took it. Almost six years later, I’m stronger than I’ve been since I was a teenaged athlete, and I’m a faster runner, biker, and skier. I love the workouts, the coaches, and my gym buddies. Everyone has different schedules, that is why we provide multiple time slots and days that you can come in and participate in our fun but tough group workouts. So being busy can't be an excuse!
